Hi NoSSD team, do you plan to upgrade your website to take halving into account (rewards/2), or is it already… Ready?
C30 to c33 plots available on Gigahorse, that’s 43.3, 38.6, 33.9 and 29.1 GiB plots with remote compute
Felix needs to get GH FlexFarmer running again to make a dent.
how many C33 plots can a 3090 farm is the question.
@Dawson and @Anthony real quiet right now about the remote compute + gigahorse improved compression.
Now nossd has no advantage over GIGACHAD (other than the software is a lot easier to use)
I will begin the replot in 7 days if things do not improve.
You mean that right now the only thing missing on GH side is something like GH FlexFarmer? Maybe you could also give 7 days (plus some time for pizza and coffee) for @felixbrucker (and @madMAx43v3r) and he/they will get it done. I think a lot of people are waiting for that, at least I will second that.
Right now there are two light farmers available for Gigahorse:
- Foxy-Farmer: Foxy-Farmer - Foxy Docs
- Fast Farmer: Fast Farmer - Foxy Docs
Foxy-Farmer automatically uses a full node cluster hosted by foxy, fast farmer can be configured to use it.
Both solutions however do not deduct the fee from your partials like flex farmer did, max said he is currently not open to enable such a solution again, instead chip22 will be supported in his regular releases at some point, fast farmer already supports it.
dude wants to add a 2nd dev fee
no thanks ill run a node
Adding to @pj_tham 's question:
Do we need to re-run the nossd client with the “–emulate-filter 256” option? On startup, it’s still showing 512 filter
Mining GPUs:
#1 "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080" (ID:3B645525D224855801DAC5D6A0D65074), 6.820GiB of 15.702GiB, up to C15
Starting benchmark
Results are shown for plot filter 512 and for all mining GPUs combined
This PC is capable to mine on:
C1: 4003333 plots (1ms/quality)
C2: 1898572 plots (2ms/quality)
C3: 852343 plots (5ms/quality)
C4: 483327 plots (9ms/quality)
C5: 253472 plots (16ms/quality)
C10: 1185177 plots (3ms/quality)
C11: 446700 plots (9ms/quality)
C12: 285184 plots (15ms/quality)
C13: 175110 plots (25ms/quality)
C14: 97473 plots (43ms/quality)
C15: 43455 plots (88ms/quality)
It is still 512 at the moment.
Got it! Thanks! Figured halving is different from plot filter reduction.
I’m not sure, but this is my 3060 results using Proofof Space. It very easy to test, if you need any more info probably better off asking in the GH Thread madMAx released GH 3.0 today. C29-C33 compression

This site provides details and a countdown on the reward halving and also the plot filter halving.

Please help, I don’t know where I did wrong, I started plotting but 1 plot takes almost 1 hour, there is only processing load on the RAM, there is no processing load on the video card, the system is idle, rtx 2080 rayzen 3700X 32 gb ddr 4 3600mhz samsung pro 980 2x 1gb nvm win 10 client.exe -a xch1zazd8hypg3m0pf45wmqqnn8hvhsn87ddzffgvymudv2hd2teg4ts2p8rua -c 15 -d Z:\smsk1 -d E:\smsk20 -w adana
It has been done!
Thank you!
Did you download the CPU only V1 instead of the GPU V2 version?
The question that has been, I’m pretty sure, already asked here: WEN MOAR COMPRESSION?
I think you had the Pizza’s delivered to the wrong address!!!
I downloaded this version GPU V2
NoSSD is already accounting for the reward halfing.
